📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to assess their financial situation and discuss repayment options
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with clients
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits
