📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and configure Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and Extruder Machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of machinery, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of plastic packaging materials through regular inspections and adjustments.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine settings and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic packaging technology and machinery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and Extruder Machines.
• Proven expertise in setting up and operating plastic packaging machinery.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and process optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for machine maintenance and monitoring.
• Valid certification in Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and Extruder Machines (preferred but not mandatory).
