📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure product quality and environmental compliance.
• Analyzing and interpreting test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed laboratory records and reports.
• Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control and environmental compliance procedures.
• Participating in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Providing technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the palm oil or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and environmental compliance standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as HPLC, GC, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid certification in quality control or environmental compliance, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001, is a plus.
