City Nest Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and mentor store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement store-specific strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer experience.,Monitor store performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
