In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documents,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content,Work with marketing teams to create product brochures and other promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
