📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the management and supervision of departmental operations.
• Coordinate and oversee daily departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies and plans.
• Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.
• Recruit, train, and develop departmental staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle departmental budgeting and financial management.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
