PT Ratu Langit is looking for an Assistant IT Support to join our team in Pandeglang, Banten. We are a growing company in the manufacturing sector, and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to assist our IT team in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.,Document and maintain IT assets and inventory records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades.,Provide backup and recovery support for critical IT systems.,Assist in the training and support of new IT team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking, and security.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems, remote access tools, and monitoring tools.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
