📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, arranging tables, and setting up equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, both before and after events.,Assist in serving food and beverages during the event, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the event.,Help with the breakdown and cleanup of the event space after the event has concluded.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event management industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.,Basic knowledge of event planning and management is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.,Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.,Must be available to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
