📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety standards.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory, including food, utensils, and equipment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine and dietary requirements.,Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
