📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and driver management.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor fuel efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of fleet activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.
• Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
