📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and implement training initiatives.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee development.,Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel for training and development activities as required.
