📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair ATMs and electronic payment systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues with financial processing equipment.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ATM or electronic payment systems maintenance.
• Certification in ATM or electronic payment systems (e.g., MasterCard, Visa, or local industry certifications).
• Knowledge of financial processing equipment and software (e.g., NCR, Diebold, Wincor Nixdorf).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
