📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Recommend and prepare hookah flavors, shisha, and craft cocktails, showcasing your knowledge of our menu and the unique offerings of our lounge.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting lounge environment, including table setup, cleanup, and restocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments, adhering to our lounge’s policies and procedures.
• Promote our lounge’s events, special promotions, and new menu items to our guests, creating excitement and anticipation.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on our lounge’s policies, procedures, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of hookah flavors, shisha, and craft cocktails, with a passion for the art of mixology.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and cleanliness.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food handler’s permit and CPR certification.
