As an HRD Representative, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations in Palu, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. You will work closely with the HR team in Jakarta to ensure consistency and alignment with our corporate HR policies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Coordinate with the HR team in Jakarta to ensure consistency in HR practices across all regions.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Previous experience working in Aceh, Cikarang, or Palu is a plus.
