MOMENTUM Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Pontianak. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department by assisting with various HR functions. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations is a plus.
