📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assisting with patient care and medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses.Monitoring patients' vital signs and maintaining accurate medical records.Assisting with medication administration and ensuring patients' safety.Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of patient care plans.Following all safety protocols and infection control measures.Assisting with basic medical procedures such as wound care and dressing changes.Assisting with patient transportation and mobility.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Recent graduate in Nursing or related healthcare field.Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.Valid nursing license or certification (if applicable).Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.🛠️ Keahlian
