PT Yudha Cempaka is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Receptionist to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and manage reservations.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and activities.,Assist with front desk operations, including mail and package handling.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
