📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer concerns.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service operation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management principles.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
