📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely restocking.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
