As a Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing recommendations for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the audit process from start to finish, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.,Conduct audits to assess the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Coordinate with internal teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.,Train and mentor junior auditors to maintain high standards of quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive audit approach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
