📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Managing and mentoring a team of professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management
  • Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities
  • Ensuring the department meets all regulatory and legal requirements

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
