Salon Oka Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our auto service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the auto service center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and coordinate the work of the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure that all services are performed according to industry standards and company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the auto service center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the auto service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in auto service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
