📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide daily care and supervision for the children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to the children's dietary needs and preferences.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons using educational toys, books, and interactive learning tools.
• Assist with homework and provide additional tutoring as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including the children's bedrooms and common areas.
• Communicate regularly with the family to provide updates on the children's progress and well-being.
• Participate in family outings and activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Adapt to the family's schedule and routines, ensuring a balanced and structured daily routine for the children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or related fields.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or specialized early childhood education courses).
• Fluency in English, as the family primarily communicates in English.
• Experience with children aged 3-7 years old is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
