📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
