📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates for various job openings, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and professional associations.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
