📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and maintain a deep understanding of our company culture.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and goals.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
