📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Reviewing financial statements, policies, and procedures to identify areas of improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.,Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
