📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in menu development and innovation to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with menu planning and development.,Willingness to work in a remote environment.
