AP Oil is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Lubricants division. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the automotive, industrial, and marine industries and is eager to build a successful sales career. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our lubricants business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the automotive, industrial, and marine sectors.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive sales growth.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry.,Strong understanding of the automotive, industrial, and marine lubricants markets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
