Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating civil and railway projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with a team of engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil and railway projects.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.,Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports for project approvals.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and coordinating civil and railway projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and schedule.,Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.,Certification in relevant engineering disciplines is a plus.
