📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
