📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write user manuals, guides, and tutorials,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Update existing documentation as needed,Work with designers to create user-friendly documentation,Provide technical support to customers through documentation,Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve documentation processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Fluency in English (both written and spoken),Knowledge of Bali and its culture is a plus
