📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure accuracy and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
