• Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to support operational planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail budget control or a similar role.
• Proficient in Power BI, with experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
