Accounting Staff - Financial Operations & Reporting Specialist

Meralco Employees Savings & Loans Association Inc. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the growth of our financial reporting processes.

As an Accounting Staff, your daily tasks will include data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will work with a variety of financial tools and software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and data.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards is a plus.
