Customs Compliance Officer

PT Global Trade Solutions is a leading logistics and trade solutions provider in Indonesia, with a strong presence in Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung. We are looking for a dedicated Customs Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure our clients' import/export operations run smoothly and in full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.

As a Customs Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, working closely with our clients to ensure their goods are cleared through customs efficiently and without any issues. You will play a crucial role in mitigating risks and optimizing the supply chain, all while maintaining a deep understanding of the ever-changing customs landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the risk of non-compliance or delays.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve any customs-related issues or disputes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest customs laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to clients on customs compliance matters.
• Analyze and report on customs compliance trends and performance metrics.
• Ensure all customs-related documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs compliance, international trade, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software such as SAP Customs, WinCustoms, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
