In this role, you'll spend your days analyzing project plans, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all cost estimates are accurate and compliant with industry standards. You'll use industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Microsoft Project to create detailed SPH and RAB, providing valuable insights that guide our project decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed SPH (Shop Drawings) and RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya / Cost Estimates) for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material and labor costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all cost estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project to create and manage project documentation.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any cost-related issues or discrepancies.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve project efficiency and cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of accuracy and reliability.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
