As a Facilities Management Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and safety.
Our office is located at Jl. Raya Canggu No. 88, Canggu, Badung, Bali, 80361. We offer a competitive salary of Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our logistics facilities, including warehouses, offices, and other infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repair services.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve energy efficiency.
- Handle and resolve facility-related issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular facility audits and report on findings to management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient facility usage.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a logistics or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of facility management software such as IBM Maximo, SAP Facilities Management, or similar.
- Understanding of safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
