📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the redesign and implementation of FH Care, ensuring it meets the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly healthcare management systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare IT.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on system architecture.
• Proficient in healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA and ISO 27001.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management systems and EHR/EMR technologies.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications in healthcare IT, such as Certified Healthcare Information and Management Systems Professional (CHIMSS) or Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS), are a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
