Tanggung Jawab:
Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost efficiency.Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvements as needed.Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.Collaborate with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and purchasing.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes, including supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in using procurement and purchasing software, such as SAP or Oracle.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
